Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 14, 2026

Your privacy is the core engineering foundation of OmegaTools. This Privacy Policy details our client-side architecture, our strict zero-retention principles, and our compliance with Google AdSense, GDPR, and CCPA standards.

1. Zero File Upload Guarantee (Client-Side Processing)

OmegaTools operates on a strict client-side first architecture. When you process, compress, convert, or edit documents (such as PDFs, images, text, and code), all computations run exclusively in your browser's local memory (RAM) utilizing WebAssembly, Web Workers, HTML5 Canvas, and Web Crypto APIs.

Your files, images, documents, and code are NEVER uploaded, transferred, saved, or cached on our web servers or any third-party cloud infrastructure. All file handling occurs directly on your physical device and vanishes from memory when you close or refresh the web page.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, view, inspect, or retain:

The contents of any documents, PDFs, images, or files you process.
Personal identification data such as real names, postal addresses, or government IDs.
Passwords, cryptographic keys, or proprietary source code tested in our utilities.
Payment or billing data (OmegaTools is 100% free and does not process payments).

3. Technical Server Logs & Hosting

When you access OmegaTools.xyz, our hosting and Content Delivery Network (CDN) provider (Vercel Inc.) may automatically record standard technical log entries. These logs may include your IP address, browser user-agent string, operating system, referring URL, and the date/time of requests.

This technical data is processed strictly for legitimate operational purposes: ensuring global network uptime, defending against distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, routing traffic to the nearest geographic edge node, and maintaining platform security. Server logs are automatically rotated and purged according to industry standards.

4. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising

To sustain our free platform without charging user subscriptions, OmegaTools displays non-intrusive advertisements served by Google AdSense and third-party advertising partners.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites on the internet.
Google's use of advertising cookies (including the DoubleClick / DART cookie) enables it and its partners to serve targeted ads to our users based on their visits to OmegaTools.xyz and other sites across the World Wide Web.
Users may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting the Google Ads Settings page at https://adssettings.google.com or via the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page at https://optout.networkadvertising.org.
For European Economic Area (EEA) and UK visitors, ad consent choices are respected in compliance with Google Consent Mode and the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF).

5. Google Analytics & Aggregate Performance Metrics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregated, anonymized usage trends—such as the total number of visits, popular tool categories, device categories (mobile vs. desktop), and country-level distribution.

Google Analytics collects data using first-party cookies with IP anonymization enabled by default. This information is used exclusively to debug performance bottlenecks and improve tool interfaces. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites by installing the official Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

6. Cookies and Local Storage

OmegaTools uses lightweight browser LocalStorage strictly for functional preferences, such as remembering your language preference (en, es, pt, fr, ar) or UI theme. We do not use LocalStorage to track your cross-site browsing behavior.

You can configure your web browser to reject cookies, delete stored site data, or notify you when cookies are being set. Please refer to your browser's help settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) to customize your cookie preferences.

7. European Union & UK User Rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you possess specific data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including:

Right of access, rectification, erasure, or restriction of personal data.
Right to object to processing and right to data portability.

Because OmegaTools does not maintain user accounts, require registration, or store your uploaded files, we do not hold identifiable personal profiles. For any privacy-related requests or inquiries regarding server log retention, please contact support@omegatools.xyz.

8. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information:

Right to Know: You have the right to request disclosure of what personal information is collected and how it is used.
Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of personal information held by a business.
Right to Opt-Out: OmegaTools DOES NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information or uploaded file data to third parties for monetary or commercial consideration.

9. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

OmegaTools provides general utility services and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or store personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately so we can remove any associated technical log entries.

10. Contact for Privacy Inquiries

If you have questions, concerns, or feedback regarding this Privacy Policy or our client-side security architecture, please contact our team at support@omegatools.xyz. We respond to all verified privacy inquiries promptly.
